Notes
- Brewer’s Best kit from Butler Winery
- Original gravity was lower than it should have been, and therefore the ABV is also lower. I’m not sure why this happened; it was the my first attempt at brewing in several years so I almost certainly made some mistake. Final gravity was just about right.
- Taste on bottling day seemed about right. I definitely made a mess during the bottling process because I’m so out of practice.
- When I opened the first bottle on 10/25, it was well carbonated. The taste was good. Not amazing, but solid.
